I had a shop look at my car, and now I regret getting low compression pistons and a copper head gasket. They said I'm losing about 50hp.

I lowered the compression because I'm running a turbo, and I had to change out the pistons. I figured it'd be safer, without a significant loss of power. However the guys at the shop tell me that I could have stuck with 10:1 pistons, been just as reliable, and made up that horsepower.

Its cool.

I now also regret getting a 2.25" Thermal catback instead of the 3". The shop tells me I'm losing a lot of power through it, the more I "compensate" for the low compression ratio.

I used to drive an Audi, so I really liked the glossy dash inserts (wood in that case), and I loved the brushed alluminum look so I went for it. Really like it.

Don't have any pictures of the carbon fiber dash on hand, but from the ones I have seen I don't really like it. Maybe it just doesn't photograph well though.
Looks just like the one I bought and hated. It doesn't fit well at all. It looks like you have little gel bubble just sitting on top of your dash pieces. The worst part is around the power window switch, where it doesn't even wrap around, it just sits on top. And I didn't like it all glossy.
