Do you have any pics of the carbon fiber dash kit? I would really like to know what kind and how much.

I regret ever taking my door panel off to put on dynamat. Don't regret the dynamat but now the bottom of the door pannel where the speaker is won't stay locked in. Ive replaced the clips with one from a tl. Got them free from the dealer casue used but now i think ill have to buy the ones for a teg cause the damn door still doesn't stay tight. 2$ each!!!

Oh yeah dealer installed alarm my parents got it with the car but has had sparratic problems with locking and unlocking the passenger side door. Never consistent enought to take to the dealer. I did once when it totally stopped working but before i could get it in it started working again!! Don't know when itll go out again.

Fits fine, as long as you install it right you have no worries. I love it. Not sure why everyone else didn't like it, but I don't have an ounce of regret.

I used to drive an Audi, so I really liked the glossy dash inserts (wood in that case), and I loved the brushed alluminum look so I went for it. Really like it.

Don't have any pictures of the carbon fiber dash on hand, but from the ones I have seen I don't really like it. Maybe it just doesn't photograph well though.

my new car i have no regrets and i plan to keep it that way. my old car, good Lord are there lots.
i really regrett shoping at the local speed shop. i went in wanted either progress or h&r full coilovers and the owner talked me into geting some arospeed units he had there for 5 bills. man i wanted to rip them out and beat him with them after i drove hte car the first time. i sold them shortly there after for 360 installed.
i only use this shop if i need something that i can't get easily online or somewhere else

i really regret doing a body mod to my car. man i kick myself daily for letting that "body shop" touch my car. not only did the job not get finished but he butchered my car to the point that i sold it rather than look at it. i did undo his mess but it still brought back the memeories when i looked at it.
i could type up a huge list but that's the worst stuff for me. i learned my lesson

If you get real metal, it looks good. Unfortunately, almost all the kits out there are faux metal, or flexmetal as the companies call it. It's basically painted plastic with clear epoxy over it. Barely looks like aluminum.

Wow, I was thinking of getting the brushed aluminum dash trim kit, but maybe not after these replies. Do any of you guys have good closeup pics of it in your car so i can really see what you mean? I saw a VW bug (2003) i believe with a brushed aluminum (from the factory, mind you) that looked just wicked, i was hoping it would look similar. I guess not! ??

I really regret getting my old custom crush-bent cat back with a flowmaster muffler. Didn't sound that great, power gains were nothing and i ripped it off a few months later and got my RS*R. Also regret getting super-whites and a harness to handle the higher wattage, just replaced that with my stockers. Also regret replacing my broken axles with Autozone :madfawk: axles. Those break all the damn time, some were broken right when i put them in.

Also all the money i spent this summer replacing the head gasket 3 times and valve seals twice before i figured out that i needed new piston rings. Oh well, all better now
