I am almost certain the vehicle has a speed governer on it, making it literally impossible for your car to exceed a certain speed.

I'd say better handling if I only had to choose one.
Okay I kinda skimmed this thread.
First, having an amp and subs with only stock speakers isn't really doing the system justice. Its only as strong as its weakest piece. If you upgrade the speakers you will notice a world of difference.
And second. Does anyone have a definition of RICE? Or at least a humourous website that tries to define it? Some people consider mods rice period, other say bad mods or crappy installed mods are rice. Some people think no power and all looks is rice. So I'm kinda in the dark with this whole RICE thing.

i saw this ZX-2 with a huge wing, extrememly low profiles, no drop, with a fake hood scoop.... the guy was at advance auto putting on some tire shine.... I almost felt a little sorry for him.
