I am almost certain the vehicle has a speed governer on it, making it literally impossible for your car to exceed a certain speed.

Unless your speedo is incorrectly calibrated, it is not possible to get to 140.

Please, correct me if I am wrong. I personaly have never driven above 115 in my LS, so I would not know.
