Default getting ABS DTC code 17, how to fix?

Hey all, I pulled the DTC code off of my 98 integra LS because my ABS light kept coming on. the code i got was for VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor.
i searched but couldn't really find out more information on this code that helps me actually fix the problem. where is the vehicle speed sensor, and more importantly, how do i fix it? Also does anyone know of a part number for this part as well? thanks in advance.

Edit: woa, where did all my posts go? i guess it has been awhile since ive been on this board.

it is in the transmission directly below the throttle body. there is a good sized connector on it so it is hard to miss.

chances are, that if it is plugged in, the VSS is bad. i dont know the part number, but any part slinging schmuck should have no problem finding it.
