Default Need Advice on Shocks

I'm looking for a set of shocks for my 96 GS-R for around $450 or less. Would Bilstein be the best choice? Thanks.

BTW, I'm not looking for adjustable...

Yup, the springs are stock. If I decide to drop it in the future, it will be very subtle... maybe 1.25" at the most.

Koni, there not much more than 450, and they will be good to you for a lifetime.

Yeah, Koni Yellows would be my first choice, but I don't want to spend that much...

Koni shocks are good for the money, but Bilstein imo is better.
