Rattle when shifting

ever find out what it was cause i got the same problem i got a action stage 2 clutch 6puck high pressure plate and fidanza flywheel my tranny is just about off and wondered if you found out about yours?

Havent touched it. Havent even driven the car in 2 weeks anyways. I found a used OEM clutch, i'm going to replace it next month.
