Default Vibration, GRRRRRRR!

When driving a get a weird vibration sound that sounds like its coming from down where my pedals are... It only happens when moving and continues to happen when the clutch is depressed so its not the engine, or the engine causing plastic to vibrate inside my car. Also it will slow down as the car slows, and speed up as the car speeds up.

I gathered from searching that it may be a CV or a wheel bearing? but the drivers side axle was replaced not to long ago and I checked all the CV boots and they arent broken...

Any help would be good

Thanks

hmmm that could be, i am suspecting:

-wheel bearing
-( i rotated the tires so it might be one of the tires)
-maybe one of those splash or heat sheilds...

Any tips on checking wheel bearings? I have lfted the front of the car and spun the wheels listeing for nopise, but the brake rotors are warped so i cant tell if its the caliper dragging on the rotor, or the wheel bearing thats making it difficult to turn...and yes the tranny is in nuetral.

get away from cars and push your car while in neutral and the car is off. go listen closely to each wheel to see if you hear a grinding noise or something of the like.
