b18c1 only puts 150 to the wheels, so you need about 50 more HP to the wheel to get your goal. Your HP would probably be rated at 220-230 if you got 200 to the wheels. Up the compression using pistons or whatever, get more aggressive Vtec cams, free up some power with I/H/E. If you are just looking for Numbers, then get 4-1 Header because you'll get higher numbers in the top end but it won't help as much down low. Lightened flywheel, port and polish, larger throttle, and use the highest octane you can find. This should get you pretty close to 200 because the way I figure:

Pistons=10hp maybe?
Cams=20+ maybe?
Intake=7-15HP
Exhaust=7-15hp
Thottle=5hp maybe?
4-1 header=15-25HP maybe?

I am just guessing from numbers from other peoples products, but I think it should get you pretty close if not 200.

hey thanks man, i was wondering is the toda header really worth the extra 700 dollars over the jdm dc sport header?And if i used itr oem parts like intake manifold,head,pistons,cams would that be the best or should i go aftermarket?What would be a good intake?Is a v2 really that much better than a regular cold air?Any good names of parts would help looking to spend no more than 3k

well, about the toda header, I only see high numbers when it is on a Type_R itself, maybe because of the fine tuning, here check this link out :

3)www.inlinefour.com

Inline four has a lot of JUN, TODA, and SPOON parts for your integ.

the b16 and itr im's are interchangeable as far as bolt patterns. the b18 is different. you will not aftermarket on all of your parts to reach the numbers, well all besides pistons and cams. go with jdm itr pistons and jdm itr cams. then i/h/c/e then a light fly wont hurt. a little weight reduction wont hurt. sticky tires wont hurt either. the aem v2 is better but not much i dont think. the comptech icebox is the shit(i wish i would have been smart at the time). the best ice box for the money is a homemade one. the best exhause in my opinion is a universal on a custom pipe. the header is up to you. just be sure to get dc or better.(no chikara or anything like that) if you want to get a new im that would be up to you. dont get a new tb there is no need. this should set you up pretty well. good luck.

I've been told that the GSR IM will flow better than most IM's if you get some work done to it. Also, don't forget about good ole' Hondata!

You dont want to put a b16 head on your b18. If you are just trying to achieve numbers, sticky tires will not help. Why would you want to make it "like" a type R when you can make it beat a Type R??

1. b16 and b18c5 heads are basically the same, c5 head has minor p&p job, different cams, valves, valve springs, lma's, etc.
2. with the high priced headers out there you really pay for what you get. company's like smsp, hytech, dtr, are all proven to make insane amounts of power by themselves.

my ideal NA setup with a b18c1 would be:

bored to 2.0 liters
aftermarket pistons compression around 12:1
p&p the head
balanced bottom end
hytech header and exhaust
toda b cams and valvetrain
ported stock intake manifold and tb
hondata or something along those lines for tuning
and of course a few hours on the dyno

if that doesnt get me 200whp imma be pissed h:
