HID Question

It is illegal to sell them in the US but there is not a law that I know of that prevents you from putting them in your car.

Does it show different brightnesses? Is there any advantages to having different HIDs over others?

Depending on where you live, however, you should be aware that (probably) all HID kits are illegal for street use.
If you're determined to get an HID kit for your ITR, I'd advise you to buy from a reputable dealer even if you're paying a little more, and to buy 5000K or lower temperature to make sure that the money you've spent is actually going toward light output that actually makes a difference on the road.

The more you go over 5000K, the less productive the wattage is because it's too blue and sometimes even purple.
I don't think I've ever seen HID below 4000K.

If I am not mistaken, HID conversion kits have always been illegal. They just have recently been illegal to sell, but people still do sell them.

You will notice that the reputable HID resellers have made changes to the exact models they carry, and some versions (a lot of hi/lo H4-type) are just no longer available from them.

So theres no advantage to having a 10000k Hid kit correct?
