Some HID are illegal to sell, now, and some are not.

Depending on where you live, however, you should be aware that (probably) all HID kits are illegal for street use.

If you're determined to get an HID kit for your ITR, I'd advise you to buy from a reputable dealer even if you're paying a little more, and to buy 5000K or lower temperature to make sure that the money you've spent is actually going toward light output that actually makes a difference on the road.
