I'll second the cyro genics idea. Do it to everything sliders, gears, bearings and all. I know that **** works because we used to do a lot of supped up 2004r trannies for grand nationals and they said they always would be snapping output shafts until we cyro treated theirs. Also while your at it why don't you cyro genic your brain cuz you have a thick head and I wouldn't want it to crush your brain... sorry that was un called for but seriously i can get 600 horsepower from 1.8L to the wheels but how do I get a tranny to make it go to them.

I'm not sure who that comment was directed at, but please refrain making personal attacks in this forum.

It's all good, we just like to keep things tech-related in this forum.

A spool is basically the antithesis of a differential. It preents the torque split from changing at all. Good for going in a straight line, not so good for when you want to turn.

Quaife makes a couple of dog engagement 6-speed sequential boxes for FWD applications. I'm not sure if they only come with one bellhousing size or if they're adaptable to be used with various motors. You might want to give them a ring. Also, they come with a turque sensing gearset differential installed.
