The crossmember is pretty easy to get at...with the motor out.

$6100 for a fully build ITB D16.

i/h/e = intake/header/exhaust

I dunno how to get crap smogged in cali. Check out the various sites online to see what their prices on swaps are. One thing you should keep in mind is that the GSR transmission has a hydraulic clutch and your car has a cable clutch pedal. You can get a cable B16 swap for like $1200.

$1150 for the JDM one out of a 88-91 SiR... Not a BIG fan of JDM stuff thoe... I hear they get here ALL tore back, even with 35xxx miles on them they are fawked up.... I need a USDM motor that is at least 92+ in order to get the reff's ALL SO IMPORTANT TAG... I still want to stay with the cable clutch as well. Any bright ones?

None of the 92+ Gsr's have cable eh? Couldnt I just bolt on a trany from a B series w/cable? I realy want to start with the B18C1 becuase of more power potential

Get a newer motor and put an older transmission on it.

Hehe... That was great... So what the best trany to go with? I heard ITR was good do they make ITR Cable, or could you easily convert a hydro to cable?

ITR tranny is only hydro. '92-'93 GSR YS1 is similar gearing, otherwise there are assorted JDM cable transmissions with short gearing also.

Thanks MrFatBooty! Do you know how many gallons are in the tank of a 90 DX civic hatch? I bought some NOS octane boost to clean out my fuel system and it says to add to no less than 16 galons... Now send a pick of that ass to WWW.KSJO.COM

Your welcome $4000 of liposuction aughta do that ass right!

So what do you think the total would be on this: mounts+cams+headers+exaust and TB for a B18C1? I can probably find the motor and and ECU at HONDAHEAVEN... Its a junk yard for honda/acura... Would I be able to use the shift linkage off an integra GSR and still use a diff trany? Can I use the axles and such with the different trany?

Off the top of my head I don't have all of the info on an EF B-series swap.

Check out www.hasport.com, http://tech.hybridgarage.com/ and any number of other "swap tech" sites that I can't think of at the moment.

CORRECTION: d series blocks have a 75 mm bore, no way u can bore it to 84mm, 79mm is the largest... and they have a 90mm stroke, not 95..
