all honda cranks are forged and will take as much power as you can concievably throw at them. a balance and micropolish would be a good idea.

run as much boost as you need to hit your desired hp goal. it can be 10psi with a big turbo or 20psi with a small one. hp breaks shit not psi.

and in terms of NA or boost you'll get many differing opinions on that. all out hp boost is the best bang for the buck. NA if you want a quick street car with great response and you're not looking to whoop on everything on the streets.

i preferr boosting it b/c im a fan of turbos. Whats a good brand for internals or does it really just depend on what you like... i mean i was thinking crower for rods and JE for pistons... But the head is a different story or should i stick with crower i hear they are very good

for that hp goal a simple t3/60-1 or similar sized turbo will get the job done with a moderate amount of boost (10-15psi depending on build)

for internals, it's really all up to what you like. pistons for the majority are all the same. cp, wiseco, arias, je, they all make good pistons. get whatever you like. if you're not looking to make big hp numbers, you can get the crower econo billet rods or eagles with arp 2000 bolts. they're the same really, so get the cheaper ones.

the parts you need for 500whp are the same as you need for 350whp. just turn up the boost and have a good tune.

but you're right in that anything more than 350-400whp in a street car is not going to hook up for shit.
