for that hp goal a simple t3/60-1 or similar sized turbo will get the job done with a moderate amount of boost (10-15psi depending on build)

for internals, it's really all up to what you like. pistons for the majority are all the same. cp, wiseco, arias, je, they all make good pistons. get whatever you like. if you're not looking to make big hp numbers, you can get the crower econo billet rods or eagles with arp 2000 bolts. they're the same really, so get the cheaper ones.
