Default 95 turbo'd d15 cam timing ?'s

Hi, I have a 95 civic dx coupe, 1.5L non-vtec with a Greddy TD04 turbo running at 5lbs max. I have a 2 1/2 in. piping exhaust setup. I have an AEM adjustable cam gear. My question is, what is your recommended cam gear setting and timing adjustment for this particular set up? If you need more information, I can give it to you. If it matters, there's 130,000 on the odometer. Thanks for everyone's help!!

cam gears are best left for dyno tuning, seeing as all cars are different you won't see any improvment without getting it on a real dyno.

ontop of that you could probably push a tad bit more boost than a 5psi max

take it to the dyno.
