:stupid: I 'm with all of them I have also done an OBD II swap and kept the car OBD II the only thing i did a little different is that i used the 96 US ecu and when i got the belts i had to get them about 1inch shorter for both belts and i got them at Napa just take them your old belts and tell them you need them an inch shorter or how every long you need them.
In reguards to the exhaust just cut the header and then drive it to a muffler shop and have them weld it together. Also the combo i used is the prelude header accord flange to bolt to the accord cat and then the accord exhaust.

No I didn't take it to Ref the motor is a 98 US motor I haven't had to smog it yet but i did run a test smog and it passed with ease. I don't see having to ref unless i'm told to because where i get my car smogged that guy helped me do my swap so its not like i need to hide anything and also i didn't change really anything it is still 2.2 liters and a 4cyl just it has 2 cams instead of 1.

check out my thread i encounters heaps of problems, but nothing hard to make yourself give up on... you actually will be able to solve them when you get there....

Preparing the wiring was the most diffifcult part...
My engine being a F22B3 (Non-VTEC), the wiring was slightly different to the standard F22B wiring...
I found i had no EGR solenoid? and i had this unusual throttle looking thing that was part of the air filter intake system... turns out this was the Intake Air Bypass (IAB) something that the standard F22B1 didnt have... (This ended up being not used) used the H22A IAB instead...
The h22a ecu came with the plugs with the wires still on them so adding the extra wires was a breeze just taking out the pins using a sharp pointy needle...
Wires Added...
Knock Sensor, VTEC Solenoid, VTEC Pressure Switch, EGR Solenoid, Intake Air Bypass Solenoid...
Some of the colours of the wires didnt match the lude but still was able to figure out what was what...
PS, Alternator -> Prelude
AC Pump and bracket -> Accord
The high pressure hose I used the accord and used the upper half of the Lude... Make sure you get the hose off the car when you hire those hose fitting people to do it...!!! its a ***** taking it off when you have dropped in the engine!
Belts i got custom length from DAYCO... from memory the 6 V rib one was 6PK1080 and the 4 rib one was 4PK1060 i think....
The lower ehxaust manifold.. i had it cut (too long and rewelded)
Disturbutor cap (min was internal) internal caps here are avaliable from honda so i didnt have to worry about getting an external coil or anything...
Just make sure your wiring is correct and you should be sweet!
