Lose that venom intake manifold, it's loosing you power.

Sounds like you just went and bought all the parts available at your local ricery. You need to decide WTF you're going to do with your car before you move on, because there's no logical next step. You've already spent at least a thousand dollars on useless parts.

The b16 head will suck with the b20's compression, and the built b20 bottom end will just plain suck.

every part i bought is perfectly matched up for the engine, so no matter what head:b16,b18,gsr,type r, or stock b20, it all fits. with the part about choice 1 and , i will do both, and having 10.4:1 compression before the b16 swap is done, means that once the crvtec conversion is done, then the setup will be optimal. i just wanted to know which one to do first.

and the venom intake is soon replaced with a 65mm type r inspired manifold.

The AEM fuel rail isn't doing you any good. Same with the MSD ignition, venom manifold, and underdrive pulleys.

Doing both at the same time is by far the best idea. Doing this twice means pulling your head twice, which means two headgaskets and two sets of head bolts, plus a lot of wasted oil, coolant, and spare time. You don't need a forged crank, or resleeving if you're staying NA. Plus, your fuel pump isn't anywhere near your bottom end. That brings you to rods, pistons, and a VTEC oil pump. Not that much additional cash, and money you can easily make selling the useless stuff if you're lucky and your head comes with an intake manifold.
