Default Need Help

Well as I got off the highway the other day I noticed my exhaust was a little louder. Now the Idle is all messed up. Its a 95 4dr Integra Ls. Also the Car stalls out. Its a Automatic. I can tell the car is running rich do to the smell of the exhaust. On shop says its either the Timing or a Internal problem. Another shop says a Sensor on the Tranny. NEED HELP FAST

check all the vacume lines and make sure there isnt a leak anywhere..

you can check the timing pretty easily, just set the crank at TDC and check and see if the marks on the cam gears line up.

another thing, you didnt mess with anything on the ign/dist. before this happened did you? clean the plug wires, anything like that? get a timing light and check the ignition timing as well.

Sensor on the "tranny". Just my .02, since I read an exact
problem post/solution on SHO a few days ago. Could be
something else, I guess, but this worked for him/her.
