b16a vs b18c1??
Just get the B18c5 swap..
Its worth it... You get the LSD tranny which is $1200..
You'll be much happier overall... With just boltons, you can make close to 185 whp in a B18c5.. In a hatch, 185 whp will run 12s...
That would take way work and money to to in a B18c1..
Plus you dont get the LSD tranny..
Trust me.. B18c5 is worth it...

Ok lets see.....Type R swaps go for about $4500 conservatively...GSR swaps can be had for $3000. You put that extra $1500 into the GSR, and I guarantee you that you will beat the stock Type R. Or you can build a $3000-$3500 b20vtec, spend $1000 on an LSD tranny, and spank the crap out of a type r swap.
As for the b18c in a CRX, it will fit, but it hangs very low.
