B18C1 and B18C5??
slightly higher compression pistons, lighter connecting rods and the stock ITR's crankshaft was made wtih some kind of heavy duty steel and was also semi balanced. The b18c1 isn't a terrible block, it came with oil squirters to cool down the pistons and a block girdle. If you can find a cheap c5 block go with that, but a c1 is fine and is gonna be cheaper.

ya you could if you wanted to, its basically a b16 head with a slight port and polish job, better cams, lightweight valves, single port intake manifold, and i think a 62mm throttle body. It all depends on what your lookind for, if you want to turbo it, Nitrous, or your goin naturally aspirated.
hum this is a pickle, it would be cheaper to buy a c1 block and put a itr head on it, the compression would be lower and a little better for your turbo. Do what you want man, you could also buy a complete b18b longblock and spend the extra money from the swap on a nice turbo kit
edit: what are you driving now???
