Falkon,
Bummer. I've always gotten to those bolts with a short socket, if memory serves the lower bolt and the bracket bolt are 14mm and the pivot bolt is 12mm.
Once all of the bolts are off, it might need a bit of "persuasion" to get the thing out of there. Usually, the alternator will drop down below the engine. Most things on these Hondas require getting the car on jack stands anyway.
When the car is at the local garage, see if they will let you watch what they do. At least that way you will have learned something from this experience.

The alternator comes out the top I believe. I've tried to get it out the bottom, but I can't get it out without taking out the alt bracket. I tried to do that, but I can't even get a wrench around its bolts. I've got some vice grips and i'm ready to take off my hood, sit on the windshield, and kickthe wrench as hard as I can. I mean that bolt just won't break loose. I am really running low on options. I sprayed the bolt down with a WD40 like compound. I hope that helps.

how about Liquid Wrench.....

get a long lead pipe and stick the end of the wrench inside of it. it'll give you more leverage on the bolt to break it loose.

Or how about I towed it to the repair shop and payed 4x as much as I would have doing it myself.

They took the alternator out the bottom. Was it supposed to come out the bottom?

Thanks for the help y'all. I just couldn't get it out this time...

It can come out the bottom but it takes awhile to get it out at the exact angle. I bring mine out through the top but only because I like risking the brake lines when I remove the master cylinder J/K
I always get frustrated with pulling from the bottom so I go from the top. Well at least you got it fixed.........

So, to get the alt comes out the top by removing the adjusting arm? That's the bolt I couldn't get off.
