Default Simple AMP Question

Just got a simple general question about amps... Do they just improve bass or will they improve the overall sound?? I'm not putting in subs, just going to use it on the 6x9 speakers in my car. Is it worth it?? Any advice is helpful

at higher volumes, ure spkrs will sound much clearer with an amp then without. most amps also have some sort of crossover so you can put more bass to ure spkrs. im also planning on amping my 6x9s later on...

if anything put an amp to the front speakers...they are most important...

yes by using an amp you are giving the speakers more and cleaner power. using an amp also gives you the chance to finer tune the sounds by adjusting the gain and freq cut off..

any speakers amped will sound better at all volumes, given they are in fine working condition. The more power you can give a speaker (up to its max capability of course) the better it will sound. Even better if you have an amp with a crossover that way you can give your speakers more power they can use effectively by eliminating the frequencies that cause distortion, thus improving the sound quality.

Hopefully, you are considering adding an amp to power aftermarket speakers and not the stock ones...

Yeah, rear deck speakers are mainly for rear fill which you can pretty much get away with running them off of the headunit. Run as much power to your front stage as possible.
