ive got an IVA-D310 and the iPod interface. works awsome, sound is clean and controls from the HU is alot easier than from the iPod. but thats a flip out, havent used it on a ordinary HU.

So far the only one I can find with the stock HU is Blitzsafe Hon/M-Link1 DMX V1..... or at least Blitzsafe says that one will work....

I thought the cd changer was part of the HU on the Type S...
Think I'll pull the HU when I get time time and take and see if it has the open connector that they say it would plug into...

I have a d310 with the ipod interface in my jeep and it does work ok, I have the iva-w200 in my hatch with the full speed cable and it works much better

I'll be getting one of the new 2008 Alpine models this summer with the ipod adapter this summer but for now I used the OEM tape player with my ipod which actually isn't that bad.
