Default Battery terminals replacable?

I am unable to remove my battery due to years of corrosion. Pretty much the positive and negative connection is sealed in there like this but alot worst

Can the cables be replaced easily?

You can get replacement cables at a dealer parts counter or from places like hondaautomotiveparts.com

If you get terminal clamps from someplace like AutoZone, remember that the OTHER end of each cable might be just as nasty...

dont bother getting new terminals. it would be better if you upgraded that wire to 0 or 4 gauge from factory to that new wire. from batt to fusebox and new groudn to the engine. it benefits you and its cheaper

New cables are always the way to go, the corrosion will most likely have made it's way up the wires already.

Incidentally, I just replaced the engine in a 97 V6 Accord, and I can't remember where the negative battery cable connected inside the engine bay (as in not the battery side). Can anyone help me out with a pic??
