Nuespeed or CL-S Swaybar?
Remember that $300 isnt for just the rear bar, its for a matched front and rear set. Also you keep saying that the Comptechs may be good for the TL/CL when the Comptech bars were in fact developed and designed for the Accord and they fit the TL/CL, not vice versa.
What I said was not meant to say that the handling effects i received would be the same between the cars, thats common sense, they are different cars. What I wanted to imply was that the Comptech front & rear bars made a huge difference in the handling for my car; I would expect them to make even more of a difference for the the lighter Accord over just the stock rear TL-S/CL-S sway bar. Also the poster drives a 6th gen EX I-4 Coupe which is not more than 600 lbs lighter than a TL-S. Regardless the sways were not designed for my TL-S, they were designed for the 6th gen Accord which the original poster drives.
I just dont see how you can try and make the argument that you are making saying that the Comptechs aren't worth the money when you havent experienced them yourself. If you havent, how would you know?
My stock bar is in my garage, and I can get that bar to bend without much difficulty, which wasnt so with the Comptechs. The rears are both solid, 19 vs 22, but the Comptechs are much more solid in comparison than that 3mm difference would suggest, and thats not even taking into the account the bushings used with the kit. The fronts are tubular both Comptech and stock, with the same overall diameter, but the Comptechs have a thicker wall, and are stiffer as well. If it was thinner, less stiff, or even as stiff as stock, then too much oversteer may have been a concern, but thats not the case, and that is one benefit of having a balanced set. Again I had both bars in my hands and compared them myself.
Also Neuspeed also made (I think they stopped making it only a few months ago, so it still may be attainable) a 25mm rear sway bar which is thicker than the Comptech rear bar and I personally know someone who has one on his TL-S.
If you are on a budget thats fine, but being on a budget doesn't make things out of your price range not worth their premium price for their premium gains.
P.S. Used sways work almost as good as new ones, and when people sell their TL/CL's you can find the sways for sale quite often both here on H-A.net and on their boards as well in the forsale forums. The only thing better than the Comptech sways for $299 are the same ones for less than half that. Just keep an eye open and be patient

i've ordered my front sway bars from Autodynamic.com for around the $40s...so you guys are saying that there is more oversteer if the the diameter of the bar is thicker? Would the rear sway bars solve the oversteering problem? what should I look out for for my car?

Generally thicker rear bars and/or thinner fronts will induce more oversteer. Doing the opposite dials in more understeer so I hope you ordered a set of rear sway bars also because you are going to have a ton of understeer if not. The Accord has alot of understeer from the factory, not oversteer, so I dont think you are having an oversteer problem unless you have a heavily modified suspension.

You have that backwards.

I know that Neuspeed makes Rear Sway Bars for my accord...but they're kinda pricey...is there another brand thats cheaper? Does your TL-S have Rear Sway Bars? If so...can i purchase them from the dealer? How much would it usually cost?
