You have that backwards.
Generally thicker rear bars and/or thinner fronts will induce more oversteer. Doing the opposite dials in more understeer so I hope you ordered a set of rear sway bars also because you are going to have a ton of understeer if not. The Accord has alot of understeer from the factory, not oversteer, so I dont think you are having an oversteer problem unless you have a heavily modified suspension.
