Yeah I'm kind of leaning towards the Neuspeed swaybars myself.
But I want to get the specs on the TL-s and decide if the extra
30-40 dollars is worth it for the Neuspeed. I think the Comptechs
are a little too much for me. I've only looked in a couple places
but they are all selling for $300, they are solid though.
Maybe a little out of my price range. I wanted to spend that
much on Swaybar, strut brace, and the rest go towards a set of
springs. That would wipe me out. I may look around for cheap
Comptechs a little bit more, I could compromise if I find one cheap.

Is this site good for the aftermarket stuff (Neuspeed, Eibach)
or factory TL-s swaybars. I can't seem to find the factory stuff
but found plenty of aftermarket.

Aftermarket for the most part. For OEM, you'll have to go to your dealer. Maybe you'll get lucky; check out EBay or www.hparts.com

I actually prefer TL-S parts whenever I can get them and they will fit.......I thought the TL-S strut tower brace was a great deal at $40, and in my opinion it's better quality than the neuspeed one.
Do you have a picture of the TL-S strut tower brace?

No I don't, but I can get one up one of these days. It is pretty basic looking, just a plain black bar. look over on acuraautomotiveparts.net for the pic, it's nothing really special to look at, just a plain old bar, connects to the firewall as well as across, which is what I liked about it, not to mention the price. The strut bar does minimal amounts for the performance anyways, so I think it is naive to purchase the neuspeed bar for anything else than the little sticker that comes on it, cause in my opinion its a waste of money.

Good grief. Please read my extensive review of the Acura CL Type S rear sway bar. EDIT: I'll post up the link later when SHO works. The Neuspeed is more than $120 expensive than the CL-S rear bar. $170 vs. $50. The biggest difference is not in the metal, it's in the bushings. The Neuspeed bar uses polyurethane bushings that Comptech bars also use.

Polyurethane bushings are much stiffer than rubber bushings, so you should get a firmer ride with a Neuspeed rear bar. But if not properly lubricated, polyurethane bushings squeak like crazy. And do you think the bushings and a slightly stiffer metal makes the difference in $120? I don't think so.

If you want to step on to bars better than the CL-S/TL-S, get the Comptech's. The Comptech's is 22 mm vs. Neuspeed/CL-S/TL-S at 19 mm. That's a pretty beefy bar and you CAN oversteer at the limit. I already oversteer on different elevation changes with my CL-S rear bar. When you get the Comptech's, you're buying performance with disregard to price. Some people won't benefit much by going from CL-S/TL-S to Comptech as much as stock OEM to CL-S/TL-S. I already take off-ramps and nice curves with confidence. I just need a drop to make it better.

In my opinion, get either the CL-S/TL-S (whichever your preference because both are same) or the Comptech's. Neuspeed bar is NOT worth the extra money. Heck, go pick up some polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension if you really want the Neuspeed bushings. But give me the savings to buy two sets of Denso Iridium plugs or something.

If you want the best sways, get the Comptechs, they are worth it. If you want a good bang for the buck, I guess the TL-S/CL-S sways are good.

I own a TL-S and swapped my stock sway bars for the Comptechs. The Comptech bar is thicker than the stock TL-S bar was both in regards to its overall diameter, and its wall thickness; all of these sway bars are hollow, not solid.

The Comptechs made a very significant difference in how my TL-S handles, and all the TL-S owners who put them in agree as well. The $299 (front and rear) I spent on them was very well worth it. The car really should have come with these sways from the factory, and they were truely worth every penny.

I dont see how anyone can say that the Comptechs if purchased would be bought with a disregard for price, or that some people wouldn't benefit much by going with the more rigid Comptech set up. My TL-S definitely handles much better and doesnt wallow like a pig anymore around turns. Ive had the stock TL-S sways and now have the Comptech sways, and trust me the difference is night and day on my TL-S.

You're comparing sways on different cars: TL-S and Accord I4/V6/2-door/4-door. Of course you'll notice the benefit of the Comptech's. Your car can be over 600 pounds heavier than the lightest 6th gen. Accord (DX Sedan). The dynamics of your car vs. the Accord DX sedan will be somewhat different with the difference in weight of around 600 pounds. For that sedan, the CL-S/TL-S may be the perfect bar for ideal handling. Plus, the rear bar on the CL-S/TL-S is SOLID. Proof is here: http://www.hondanews.com/forms/acura...2002020654732. The front bar is the one that's hollow, not the rears.

Plus, you really don't have any other choice beside Comptech's since Eibach's aren't out yet. So, for the TL/CL owners, Comptech is the ONLY solution. Neuspeed's application is a joke for the TL/CL, so I'm not even counting them. But for the Accord applications, the CL-S/TL-S rear bar will be sufficient for many drivers. Some people will benefit from Comptech's but why spend $250 more? You don't see how that's performance with disregard to price? We're in the Accord forum talkinga bout Accords, not the TL brothers. Of course, the upgrade would make sense for the TL's... but then again, it's the only real viable upgrade as the TL doesn't have other choices in upgrades in sways.

For me, $250 saved from going with CL-S/TL-S vs. Comptech's will net an intake system or some springs. I'd take that over $300 set for Comptech sway bar set. I already make my car oversteer at the limit, so why go with Comptech's and have more oversteer? This is from how I drive. Others will benefit a lot by going with Comptech's. But for $250 more? I'd pause before making that purchase.

And who knows... OBX may make a copy-cat design of the Comptech bar soon. If the quality is there, that'd be a good choice to look into possibly.

Sorry, but I think your comparison is flawed. Comptech bars are good for some (like the TL's and CL's), but I think the CL-S/TL-S will be ideal for many. If money is not an object, the Comptech's MAY in fact be the best bar to get. But for my case, I'm weary about how much oversteer the Comptech bar can potentially give. I know my CL-S bar is a balanced setup for my car, though.
