car wont start
i have a 92 honda accord lx automatic that has a viper 300 esp installed. it has starter kill and no remote start. the car wont start. its not getting fuel to the injectors. its at an import shop. the guy has swapped out the distributor the main relay a mess of stuff and narrowed the cause to the alarm. i had the siren replaced about a wk ago. another import shop broke it off the clutch resevoir spot the siren was anchored on. the receipt says the siren and wire were replaced. dont know what wire? so any help would be appreciated. i only have 2 more tows left on triple a and finding this problem is costing me. the ceu light will not come on. the d4 light flashes 1x the battery ,oil light comes on the clock works. it just will not turn over. no spark no fuel. ive had to get rides to go to work. i called the alarm place and they say its not their fault. where in the wiring should i tell this guy to look? the brain is under the driver side dash and its like spaghetti with the wiring.
just pull out all the wires comming out from main computer. the only one that u'll have to reconnect is the starter wire. the starter wire divides in to two and goes to the main alarm computer. u'll have reconnect them.

just pull out all the wires comming out from main computer. the only one that u'll have to reconnect is the starter wire. the starter wire divides in to two and goes to the main alarm computer. u'll have reconnect them.

3 tows and 3 repair shops later the problem was the ground wire under the thermostat. it had to be replaced. 225. 35 for the diagnosis and wire replacement. groundwire goes from the fuel injectors to the ecm. all those symptoms so many misdiagnoses many people touching that car and a ground wire. everything is working but the seatbelt dash light. i havent had time to check the lights its not dark yet.
the d4 light is still flashing 1x with the ceu light when the ignition is turned on. the seatbelt chime and light didnt work when i got the car back. i fiddled with the wire under the dr seat the chime came back on the light on the dash didnt come back on. i wonder if its this used cluster. the tstat and coolant temp sensor didnt make the gauge needle change. im not changing the sending unit ill just live with it. after having asked the 1st mechanic last thurs if he thought it was that ground wire because my friend had changed out the tstat and temp sensor getting antifreeze everywhere. nope. that is what it ended up being after all. 3rd shop dx it.

the original tranny when it died i got no d4 light flashing of any kind. the d4 light comes on when the ceu light flashes for 2 seconds when the ignition is turned to on position. when the lights on the dash light. the shifter is still in park and the p and its box r lit up in red like they should be. doesnt seem to affect the shifting or the transmission at all. just showed up the day the gauge cluster was swapped out and the alarm was armed and disarmed.
the guy that got my car started didnt check the tcu. i will take it back to him to have him check the tcu or check for why that light is flashing. that is the only time it does it. even when the check engine light wasnt coming on with the ground wire ungrounded the d4 flashed when the key was turned to on. he does auto diagnostics he isnt familar with accords. he does mostly high end cars. someone just told me to have him see if he could find the problem and fix it. see if he can figure out why my seatbelt chime and light on the dash r messed up.
