Help with dash panel "D4" light

basically you pull the back cover off, on each gauge you see 2 tabs retaining it bend them so the gauge comes out on the center of the baord you stt a tab it locks the board in just press on it and gently pull around the board loose until the gauges on the other side comes off. but it's a dangerous job as you can easly mess up the gauges, I repair gauges and mod them on my spare time so it's easy for me to do, then the bulb pulls off to reinstall I usally put all the gauges clear housing and all in press the board in gently almost all the way in then pull the front off with a clean cloth push it in until the retaining clips are all the way out.

nope i'm in sacramento, CA one of things you have to be careful with is to cover the gauge face when pulling or putting them back as oil from your fingers stain the flat black face and with dust getting in as i've pulled mine out 3 diffrent times because of dust in the gauge cluster.. but if your lucky and have the one like Jani 5 has then it just twist off once the cluster is removed.
