Default Oxygen Sensor Help

My 99 Accord V6 (101,000 miles) threw a p0140 trouble code which is insufficient activity from Bank 1 Sensor 2. I bought the o2 sensor and was gonna install it this afternoon but can anyone tell me where I can locate this sensor. Is it on the Cat? Will I only need a slotted o2 socket or are there any other tools I would need? How long of a job can I expect this to be?

jack the car, put parking break on TIGHT. under the car (near arm rest) you'll see the sensor plug into the CAT. unplug the wire (i think it requires you to squeezee the plug in a certain area) and pull at the same time. then use a nice wrench (they also sell 02 sensor sockets). and replace

But unplgging the wire under wasn't that easy. My brother need to replace his honda oxygen censor(02 censor) with the mechanics. Because that was pretty hard to do with your self.

Not sure where it's located, but doing it is not so bad. I've replaced one on my other car before. I used an o2 sensor socket. I recommend getting some PB blaster or liquid wrench to help loosen it up.

Good luck,
