hey fuse, sorry I took a while to respond back. I went on vacation since christmas day and won't be back home til tomorow(monday). And yea, I believe that shifting all happened when I tried to clean the throttle body, not sure. About that "D4" light, dont worry about it. Its just the shifting problem I'm worry about. But whats dtc?

No, I don't know how to read the DTC for the Prelude and I don't have the equipment to read it. However I do have a 93 Accord manual book(US) that will tell me the codes for the Accord . As I know, I never had any flashing code or whatsoever after the engine swap or after the shifting problem.

It never hertz to check+ its the only thing that is going to help us without guessing. All you need is a paper clip in substitute for the scs service connector 07paz-0010100 and counts some blinks on the check engine light.Just jump the paper clip into the 2 wire blue connector under the passenger side dash and turn the key on from their count some blinks.Use the attachments below it takes some time to get used to the counting and if you mess up just turn of the key and start over.

O this is all lude stuff so it should work.

If we have no codes i would guess some thing to do with the throttle body.I would get a spare throttle body with the throttle position sensor on it a swap em.

Hey fuse, I try it and the "MIL engine check" light just stay "on" with no blinking (ignition is "on"). Is that a good sign? So I guess what's next?

I think i have done all i can.No blinks means no dtcs no dtcs means that you ecm has detected no problems.I guess get a new throttle body or tp(throttle position) sender also check your throttle cable is adjusted so when you floor it it opens the throttle all the way.

Well, I did replaced the tps a few months ago so I think it wouldn't be that now. But the throttle body? What does the throttle body have to do with my shifting/redline?
