you have the wrong relay under the dash.... you need a normally closed relay under there... but you have a normally open one there.

nope, its not oem. i can tell because the fog lights are screwed on crooked. yeah, this used to be my sisters car and she has a boyfriend that would always mess with the car. i guess he installed them. the left fog light is screwed perfect, but the right goes a little too much to the center. The right fog light's lighting binds in too much in towards the left (yeah, he did a bad job drilling)
