could this be because of the POWER STEERING RACK & PINION?
That's normal. It's because you're making your power steering pump, which is belt driven, do more work...you can hopefully imagine what the engine needs to do to compensate.

Please explain to me what this POWER STEERING RACK & PINION thing is you've been referring to via a diagram or explanation, I'm just confused now.

alright bro here is a pic, the red is where there is some fluid coming out so i am guessing is going bad and needs to be replace soon. everything work fine but when i look under the car u can see the fluid right away and is only the left one.

Okay...so on this drawing:

Is it #2? That's the tie rod boot, replace that ASAP as you definitely need power steering fluid at the correct level. If the boot's not torn it might be the metal clamps that hold it on at each end.

Not only that, but there really shouldn't be PS fluid in that boot. If that boot is filled with fluid, then you've got problems with the hydraulic piston seals inside the rack.

That's a valid point, I didn't consider that. Maybe he's just referring to the grease that those boots are filled with?

after looking around for a good shop/mechanics that know their stuff i failed to find any around my area. I decided I better take it to the dealer ( which is 5mins away from me) and let them check it out and give me a quote, plus I feel more confortable having a honda tech work on my car.

I went under my car this morning and took a look at it and what I see is grease around the boot a good amount is coming out and also some fluid right under the rack but not enough fluid to hit the floor. I check well the tranny fluid level and also the oil and is all good. I'll take the car in next week and hopefully is nothing major like expensive because I most buy some new tires asap and maybe new rims too.

yea...everytime i turn my wheel (in either direction) i hear clicking. I dont see any leaks of any type. Also, when i place my hand in the center of the rim, and somebody turns the wheel, i dont feel anything, same thing on the other side.

By checking that, somebody told me, that my whole rack has to be changed (this was from a friend).

Does anybody know what I would possibly need to change?

There's a TSB I posted on that clicking problem, search for it. It's a PDF file, it's at least in my TSB thread. Search for 'clicking'.
