alright bro here is a pic, the red is where there is some fluid coming out so i am guessing is going bad and needs to be replace soon. everything work fine but when i look under the car u can see the fluid right away and is only the left one.
Okay...so on this drawing:
Is it #2? That's the tie rod boot, replace that ASAP as you definitely need power steering fluid at the correct level. If the boot's not torn it might be the metal clamps that hold it on at each end.
