It's a rear wheel(s). Balance it.

Welcome to HAN. Most probably it is the rear wheel but its always good to balance all of them.
Your car is nice but you need a tint job and it will look nicer. I got the same wheels in 17".

If you do a search, this is a pretty common problem and you can find a lot of answers by reading the other post. My car recently had the same problem, about a week ago. First of all, make sure ALL your tires are properly balanced. Make sure they are torqued down to the right specs, I believe it's 70-80 ft/lbs for the Accords. Also, it could be that you need hubcentric rings, if you don't already have them. Lastly it could be that you have a bad tire and/or rim that might be bent. My car had a bad tire in the rear, which you could not tell from just looking at it from any angle. It wasn't until the tire was taken off the car for balancing that the problem was discovered, obviously in my case, balancing would have made absolutely no difference due to the fact that one of my tires was totally screwed up. Good luck.

Some info. that might help you out...

Remove all the wheels
Balance all of them
Remount them and torque to proper specs.

Hopefully, the people who remount them will know to tighten the lug nuts criss cross and don't go in a complete circle
