If you do a search, this is a pretty common problem and you can find a lot of answers by reading the other post. My car recently had the same problem, about a week ago. First of all, make sure ALL your tires are properly balanced. Make sure they are torqued down to the right specs, I believe it's 70-80 ft/lbs for the Accords. Also, it could be that you need hubcentric rings, if you don't already have them. Lastly it could be that you have a bad tire and/or rim that might be bent. My car had a bad tire in the rear, which you could not tell from just looking at it from any angle. It wasn't until the tire was taken off the car for balancing that the problem was discovered, obviously in my case, balancing would have made absolutely no difference due to the fact that one of my tires was totally screwed up.
