Any good brand aftermarket lowering spring should work fine.
www.tirerack.com has quite a few.
I'd also suggest a fresh set of OE like shocks to go with them, since your OE shocks are likely 50,000mi old or more.

I asked this same Q to Jschmid who's '99 looks really sharp. He went w/ the Koni yellow shocks and not sure about the springs but it's listed on the link to his 99 pics.
Many forums go with the Eibach prokit as a standard for lowering up to 1.5". Having said that I've also heard that on occasion using these springs tend to have the rear end lower than the front. I do NOT know if these people changed their stock shocks w/ the Eibachs though.
I'm on a beer budget and went w/ the Tokico blue shocks and springs package that I saw on Ebay for $400 shipped (CALI add sales tax). I'll let you know how they look when I get them installed! Good luck!

I had Neuspeed Sports on my car and the ride was very close to stock and it lowered the car about 1.8/1.7. I put them on when my car had about 30k and didnt replace the struts untill i reached about 85k when finally one of the struts gave.
Now I have the Neuspeed Race springs which lowered the rear a little more but not the front. A lil harsher ride but not by much
If you are looking for a set of springs I still have the Sports laying around. PM me if you're intrested.
ps pic in profile is with sports spings

Schmiddy is running a set of H&R sports, I'm running Eibach Pro-kits.
Both offer about the same degree of drop. ~1.5 front - 1.25 rear.
I've had the Eibach's on my Accord since 6,000mi on the clock. I now have 64,000mi and almost 6yrs of use. Great springs so far, no noise, no creaks just a great ride it got even better paired with the Koni-sports.
However, if you are on a budget you could easily be happy with any replacement shocks (even an Autozone house brand) and some good quality 1.5" drop springs. I'd avoid no-name ebay springs though.
Another great site for springs www.shox.com and www.kingmotorsports.com usually has a great price for H&R springs.

I have koni yellows with ground control coilovers....very rough if you go more than 2 inches ...my friend just recently got the H&R setup...i think its the sports...those are good for comfort and a drop thats not slammed but noticeable...go w/ H&R in my opinion...
