I had Neuspeed Sports on my car and the ride was very close to stock and it lowered the car about 1.8/1.7. I put them on when my car had about 30k and didnt replace the struts untill i reached about 85k when finally one of the struts gave.

Now I have the Neuspeed Race springs which lowered the rear a little more but not the front. A lil harsher ride but not by much
