Schmiddy is running a set of H&R sports, I'm running Eibach Pro-kits.
Both offer about the same degree of drop. ~1.5 front - 1.25 rear.

I've had the Eibach's on my Accord since 6,000mi on the clock. I now have 64,000mi and almost 6yrs of use. Great springs so far, no noise, no creaks just a great ride it got even better paired with the Koni-sports.

However, if you are on a budget you could easily be happy with any replacement shocks (even an Autozone house brand) and some good quality 1.5" drop springs. I'd avoid no-name ebay springs though.

Another great site for springs www.shox.com and www.kingmotorsports.com usually has a great price for H&R springs.
