So since you're paying for it, you've gotta have full coverage. This is a good thing as your insurance company will probably provide you with a lawyer if you get into any legal troubles (I know from personal experience). SO, don't worry about getting a lawyer...or call them and ask if they will give you one if any legal troubles arise.

If you were referring to YOU suing HER for any medical bills, you can sue for quite a while after the accident and save up money after you get your new job. I was in an accident (my fault legally) and was sued about half a year later. Stupid fawking gold diggers.
