mmrusa has a dyno there on there website....i dont know how you can embelish a dyno picture...i guess you can make it blurry, and lie about it? but seeing as they didnt do that.....i dont think they embelished anything at all. Only ones that think they embelished anything are people like you that believe hear-say over factual dyno sheets

i bet you believe a CAI actually gives 10hp to the wheels as well huh? either way it's your money. their customer service does suck. i've spoken with them on a few occasions.

What does that have to do AT ALL with the head package that has a dyno showing facts of actual hp gain in excess of 48.1h's ? Tell me, what does it have to do AT ALL with a CAI or customer service?

the dyno sheets on the AEM website claim 10+hp from just a CAI. those of us that have one know otherwise. bottom line. manufacturers embelish dyno sheets to market their products. gude is no different. customer service is part of the buying process and has to be taken into account unless you enjoy tossin money away.

that dyno is from a 92 gsr with a b17 which flows a hell of a lot better than your sohc. also they dont list any other mods done to the engine. it could have high compression, big bore, etc.

thank you someone said it!!!! The gains all companies list are usually the ones from a vehicle that achieved the most. I'm sure AEM got 10hp from a car that had crappy intake and really benefited from it. Gude probably got their 50 or 48 on a car that really needed it. Bottom line is that you will not see gains anywhere near what you expect. I don't want to be an ass, but your hp calculations and expectations are huge. You want to get a gude that gives 50hp and turba that gives +100hp to have 300 hp. You will never see 300hp, I can assure you that right now. The only way you will even break 200 is if you get a turbo.

The gude package for the f23/22 WILL NOT GET YOU 50hp. Its liek when u mess around with high hp motors such as big domestics. You change one minor thing and the power flies up tremendously. Well honda put a lot of engineering to squeeze every once of power from their small motors and there just isn't too much we can simply do to the engines to get more. Thats why almost everyone here will tell you to get a turbo becasue that is the only thing that will show significant gains. I'm sure you can get a lot more if someone built your engine proffesionally but few have that kinda cash. Forget about gude man.
