Default Windshield Washer

oddly sabout washer LEDs, but about the pump motor on the washer tank... i have a good feeling mine is cooked, does anyone know the voltage that the motor should be getting? i measured 4mv, also can you replace the pump with out putting in a whole new tank?

4th gen, EX, 2-Door, 5-speed, custom intake box....

Yep you can. The same thing is kinda happening to mine. It works on and off. All you have to do is unplug it, grab some sort of container to catch the fluid in, and yank that baby out! Not to terribly hard.
