now that I think about this more, maybe we steer this poor soul into the right direction, that would be one less ricer on the road.
Ok CrazyCowPie, here's what you do. Get those LED washer lights, find the receipt, and take them back to pep-boys. Tell them that you don't want their ricer crap, then come back here and read read read. Don't do anything to your car until you've read enough to know what you can do with your car, and what you want to do with it. I'm sure in a few months you'll have a good idea where to start, and you will be very happy you didn't put that crap on your car.

No no no they are all wrong. What you really want to do is buy more of them, and put them all over. Front bumper, rear bumper, wing, roof, doors, fenders, etc. You could just buy those and use them as sidemarkers instead of spending a lot of money on the real ones.
