Its hard to get an engine newer or as new as ur accord. I wouldn't settle for an engine older than my car. Just spend that 4k on a badass turbo setup and u will smoke any stock H22 out there. IMO if u don't have the money to build the H22 up then don't get it. The power gains of a stock H22 don't justify the 4k spent in my oppinion.
