Damaged wheel. Can it be fixed?
Does anyone know if this damage to my wheel can be fixed?
I went to wheels america and martinez wheels and neither of them wanna touch it because of safety issues. Here's some pictures of it.

I know a place in Dallas called Wheel Tech
My friend's wheel was scratch up and they fix it good,
however I fix another friend's wheel from scratches and they paint it with a slightly diff color (only noticeable from very close though).
I never have any experience with a damage like yours though...
I paid around 120-150 per wheel for 18" with scratch damage.
If you wanna check them out: 972-242-8324
They usually have a partner with local shops so you dont have to drive to Dallas if you live somewhere else.
good luck

yea, go check ur phone book for wheel repair, there is one near me called wheels work, and it depends if u have like 1 piece or multipiece wheels, what their made out of, u send ur wheels to them, and they fix it, i have a bent wheels looks, like urs almost, not as bad tho, only in one spot tho, they quoted me at a local place that actually sends the wheels to them for like $180 man. my wheels are discontinued also, but sometimes u can still find places that sell those wheels new (i have racing hart also, u just need to look for people who have really nice cars, cuz sometimes those are the one's with distributers or sponsors that really get hooked up, u got any friends with sick civics, supras, or rx-7s? lot of cali places carry those discontinued wheels.. beats me how they still have them?

The real problem with that rim isnt the bend; its the crack. Due to safety reasons, no reputable place will touch that wheel, (Personally I think Wheels America sux!!!!!!!!!!!!) the only way to fix damage like that is to weld it which no one will do as it may not hold up. Those shops are right though, that rim needs to be replaced, not repaired.

I have welded an aluminum engine block before, and it still continues to run (my winter beater )
This wheel is what we call: Hosed.
Please find a new one or a new set and move on with life.

Back of the wheel. Will paint gloss white soon.
This is what it looks like from the front. Barely noticeable. Only if you look for it.
I'm thinking the koni's should have more room for travel. As you can see in the picture there is only about 2.5 inches. Is that enough? Or am I in danger of bottoming out?
Let me know what ya'll think about the drop. Can I go lower?
