The real problem with that rim isnt the bend; its the crack. Due to safety reasons, no reputable place will touch that wheel, (Personally I think Wheels America sux!!!!!!!!!!!!) the only way to fix damage like that is to weld it which no one will do as it may not hold up. Those shops are right though, that rim needs to be replaced, not repaired.
