Default Torque convertor?

I have a 96 Accord with an Auto tranny. It is running all the way to overdrive, but the torque convertor is not locking in. because of this, I am running at about 3000 rpms at 70. Anyone know of any relays or electrics that could have gone bad to cause this.

Tks,

I would check the level of your fluid in the tranny.. and change it reguardless (if you havnt already done this). If the TC is good you'll smoke it FAST running it low on fluid.

Far as solenoids etc .. i doubt it.
