exactly what slacker said dude. Torch the sucka We had to remove the bolt in order to put on my suspension. It took us quite a while to remove them and torching it was the only way.

torch that sucker!!!! flame and heat is your best friend when it comes to this kind of situation. good luck!!!

also try to apply pressure from the other side of the bolt while using an impact driver, this might get the thread started..

I hate those bolts, they don't seize in the threads that often, most likely it's rusted inside the metal bushing on the LCA and probably will not come off. With my '98 EX, I had to break the bolt, cut the strut off and use a drill press to get the old bolt out. I picked up a new bolt from a local dealership for less than $4 I think. Head to parts store and buy a tube of antiseize and rub it along the shaft of the bolt (the part that lays in the sleeve) before sliding it in and torquing it down and you won't have this problem again. Good luck.

I used every method known to man to get this bolt out when I upgraded to my Neuspeed suspension. We even drilled all the way through and it still didn't budge. I had to scrap the whole strut and control arm and buy a control arm from the junk yard! The bolt on the other side was twisted so bad I had to replace it. From the dealer those bolts are $11.00 a piece plus tax! Definitely use antiseize when you can!

Sell your car and buy one that you can take those bolts off of.
