will I run into any fitment problems with anything? Like the pulley will fit my b20 block correct? How hard is it to install the blower? I never did a project that complicated before. And how much power will I gain with the 9psi pulley installed.

just a footnote here, don't worry about bottom end power with the Vtec head, the 2002 civic type R i have is S...L...O...W... as hell below 5000rpm, and only comes alive over 6000.

Do your internals first. Rods and pistons, but I would also sleve before boosting. B20 sleves are WEAK, and will crack with boost, unless your tuning is perfect. I'd check out procharger and vortech... they're much more complete systems than the JRSC, they make more power, and run cooler.

The pulley and all will bolt on, no problem. The only thing you might need is a longer belt, because the distance between the 'charger pulley and the crank pulley is going to be a little longer using a B20 block then a B16A block. The B20 block is about 9mm taller then the B16A block.
